and Consumer service centre supports all customers in Bulgaria and
abroad
UVT Customers with fill warranty support
All customers, purchased the equipment from UVT or their dealers, receive flawlessly warranty service and support in the first year product warranty.
Extended warranty and post-warranty support
UVT offers extended warranty for the Sony products for one, two and three years. It can cover complete service for installations. The customers who bought the original equipment from UVT do receive special preferential prices.
Other customers
Due to the load of work of the service center, UVT cannot ensure the servicing of the equipment, bought form other dealers, without special service contract.
UVT can offer contracts for complete service and support for equipment and installations.
The Professional service
centre with manager Mr. Ludmil Cherkezov, supports and repairs all Professional and Broadcast range of equipment.
They can provide post-warranty service on year subscription basis
for all professional SONY equipment. The center can service all-Sony
and mixed installations based în professional products. Their speciality
are Digital recording audio, video equipment and cameras.
